On Arrival

On arrival to your appointment, please inform me via text message and you will be told when to come to the front door.

Appointment Policies

When you confirm your appointment time this means that you have set this time aside for me and I have for you too. To ensure your appointment is not forgotten, you will receive a courtesy reminder via text or email prior to your scheduled time.

Please note that I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment. No call, No show will be charged 100% of schedulded appointment. This gives me time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be on a waitlist.

No Shows & Late Arrivals

I require all appointments to be secured with a credit card number at the time of booking. If you do not show for your appointment or don’t cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your arrival time, you will be charged 50% of the price of your appointment. No call, No show will be charged 100% of schedulded appointment.

If you’re running late for your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work something out.
